The Community-in-Formation of the Oratory of St. Philip Neri is a group of priests and seminarians working to establish an Oratory of St. Philip Neri in Cincinnati. Living and working in the historic Over-the-Rhine District, the Community seeks to Sanctify, through the worthy Administration of the Sacraments, and to Teach, through the faithful Preaching of the Gospel, the people and area they serve. All in the joyful charism and spirit of St. Philip Neri, the Apostle of Rome. The Community operates under the approval of both the Archbishop of Cincinnati and the Congregation of the Oratory.
